I have set this site up for all west adelaide and sanfl supporters to see and to try and gain new members for the cheersquad although the last 4 seasons havn't really been what we want 2009 was pretty good and are hoping for a spot in the finals for season 2010, so get on board and join the w.a.f.c.c.s.and show your support for the lads bring on season 2010 only bigger and better to come from the bloods next season.

The cheersquad is a very intergeral part of the team as we support strongly and can have a small affect on the players, that can spur them on. As most of you know we are not a big cheersquad but as i said before we are very loyal. this is just to show other people how loyal we are. we will have profiles on cheersquad members, cheersquad events, and events in general around the wafc. Hope you enjoy, just keep in mind this is a work in progress and i am still learning how to use wetpaint. cheers sarge...

well i have been a bit neglegent on this site, wow what a craker 2009 has been for us we won 7 and a half games this year and ended up 2.5 games out of the top 5, we were very unlucky to miss the five but seeing as north who finished 5th got bundeld out in the first week made us think that we probably were not quite ready for finals footy yet and are very much hoping to make a september bid in 2010 so keep posted i will keep this updated in the off season with comings and goings, the cheersquad has grown massivley, as you may know i have handed over the rains of the cheersquad to take up a role as a full on club official, we now get 12-15 week in week out and probably have the best crew since 1998, if anyone needs to cantact me go to www.myfootyforum.net and pm me on that forum i am known as the sarge, , feel free on game days to go up and chat to anyone in the cheersquad and join up, we hope to make this supporters group the biggest in the sanfl and we know this is aheivable with your help.... go u bloods

Well we are all reeling after the unfortunate fire that wiped out the gym and coaches office, but in true West Adelaide tradition we are fighting to get everything ready on time for the biggest match in the clubs history, the first friday night game at City Mazda Stadium againster the roosters in round 1, everything seems to be on track with the lights getting started on monday and the rooms to be cleaned up by the end of next week, the gym i still about 12 weeks away from being fully ready but we are getting there........ we need as many people as we can to get on board and sign up as members go to www.westadelaidefc.com.au too look at membership packages-we are aiming for 2010 members in 2010.....
